What taxes apply to a mobile home?
Since a mobile home is not real estate, it is not subject to property tax, housing tax, or even notary fees.
Owners only pay the annual pitch rent, which includes access to the domain’s infrastructure, water and electricity consumption (within a defined limit), as well as the campsite’s maintenance and security services.
No housing tax is due as long as the mobile home remains on a campsite and retains its status as a mobile asset.

Can I live in my mobile home all year round?
